This evening is the MSARS AGM, and a very important one it is too, with the last one having taken place way back in 2019 when 'Covid-19' wasn't even a thing.

All members should try to attend - either in person, or remotely via a Zoom connection. We need a quorum of members to be able to run the meeting, and this is specified in the club's constitution. That's 25% of the membership - which this year equates to 11 members. Without this number attending, the meeting cannot take place. Attendees via Zoom will count toward this number, so if you are concerned about the rising number of Covid cases, or you cannot attend in person for whatever reason, please avail yourself of the Zoom option, which will carry full voting rights as long as you have a video feed showing your head and shoulders to validate your identity. The meeting will not be recorded on Zoom for reasons of privacy.

A new committee will be elected on the night, and this is crucial to the future smooth operation of the club, with many positions currently vacant.
