This evening is the MSARS AGM.

All members should try to attend. We need a quorum of members to be able to run the meeting, and this is specified in the club's constitution - that's 25% of the membership. Without this number attending, the meeting cannot take place.

A full agenda will be made available in the members section here on the website for you to download, along with any other relevant documentation.

Doors open at 19:30 and the meeting will commence at 19:45.

The meeting will be live-streamed on Zoom, with online voting rights as per 2022. People will be held in the Zoom waiting room from 19:30 onwards until they have added their name (and callsign, if applicable) to their Zoom profile so that we can validate their identity before being admitted to the meeting. Please also turn on your camera if you have one. The meeting will be recorded for the purposes of writing up the minutes, but will not be published.

Please note that the Zoom login details for the AGM are DIFFERENT FROM THE REGULAR ZOOM DETAILS ON THE WEBSITE. You have been warned!
