Formal minutes of the AGM will not be made available ahead of a wider discussion on that subject, and that's fair enough, but committee members have agreed to forward to me a copy of the sheet that Kirk Lord completed on the night so that everyone can see who their new committee members are, along with who proposed and seconded them, and indicating the number of votes cast for each nominee. This will be posted here on the website in the members-only section, so that all registered members may view it, but so that it is not visible to the general public.
Once I have the relevant agreements in place from each committee member on their publicly visible contact details, I will update the records kept here on the public section of the site. I will probably pull the committee details out of the existing 'Contact' article and give them their own article to make them easier to find.
These updates should take place in the next 48 hours or so.
